Emre Uzun
General Manager
He completed his undergraduate education at Kocaeli University, Department of Environmental Engineering. He held managerial positions in the fields of Quality, R&D, Customer Relationship Management in companies that produce special process machines, process automation equipment, hydraulic equipment, various automobile components.
He gained expertise in advanced quality techniques such as 8D, ISHIKAWA, PDCA, APQP, PPAP, QFD, DOE as well as Lean-Agile Manufacturing, 6Sigma Black Belt and Project Management trainings by reinforcing them with field applications. While managing new investment and modernization projects of companies, he developed his experience in technology selection, process design, design and integration of digital solutions such as ERP MES etc., design, installation and implementation of management systems.
After completing his duty as Quality Manager in a photovoltaic manufacturing company in Denizli between 2017-2021, he founded Eddes Sustainability Solutions Ltd. Şti. in 2022. Emre Uzun continues to manage our company activities as General Manager.
Duygu Uzun
Founding Partner
She received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University and her master's degree in Women's Studies from Dokuz Eylül University.
With 15 years of human resources experience, Duygu Uzun has taken active responsibility in the change and transformation processes of well-established and large organizations operating in different sectors such as consultancy, banking and energy, and managed projects.
He has carried out major projects such as the establishment of companies, institutionalization studies and the design of human resources functions from scratch.
She led volunteer projects on sustainability, diversity, inclusion, accessibility and gender equality. She was the founding leader of the "Gender Equality Initiative" in one of the most important companies in Turkey and successfully managed the program for 3 years.
In order to raise awareness online and face-to-face in all these processes, she designed the development programs "Why Are We Talking about Gender Equality?", "Gender Equality Awareness", "Inclusive Culture", "Creating a Respectful & Safe Company Culture", "Interview Techniques from a Diversity and Inclusion Perspective", "Performance Management from a Diversity and Inclusion Perspective".
He took part as a trainer in trainings and seminars conducted inclusively for managers, white and blue collar workers.
Continuing her career as an entrepreneur who founded her own consulting company as of January 2024, Duygu Uzun started to provide consultancy and training support to institutions in Human and Culture processes based on the Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations.
Ismail Deveci
Operation Manager
He completed his undergraduate education at Pamukkale University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. In the same year, after working as Production Manager in a machinery company, he founded a machinery company operating in the field of sheet metal processing and centrifugal pump manufacturing. He worked as a manager in a production company serving in the field of solar panel and cell production.
With its operational experience in production activities and equipment from design to maintenance, Ismail provides creative solutions and a safe transformation process for stakeholders in sustainability projects.
Yasin Tirelioglu
Sustainability Manager
He completed his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at Eskişehir Osmangazi University. In the first years of his career, he specialized in the field of maintenance and repair and worked as Technical Service Manager in the following years. Yasin, who served in the HVAC field with the company he founded for a while and continued his engineering duty in different sectors, received his Class A Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate in 2014. For about 10 years, he worked as an Occupational Safety Consultant in companies operating mainly in the energy sector.
Yasin, who manages all production, maintenance, environment, quality and integrated management systems within the scope of OHS, ensures that our operations and the projects we carry out with our stakeholders are aligned with fundamental sustainability principles.
Burcak Guyildar
Senior Consultant (Sr. Consultant)
He completed his undergraduate education at Sakarya University, Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. In 2008, he started his professional career at Era Medikal and deepened his expertise in the field of quality in different sectors, especially automotive.
Burçak, who joined us in 2024 as Product Technology and Quality Assurance Senior Consultant, offers our stakeholders the application and audit experiences he has gained in business life regarding advanced quality systems and tools such as IATF 16949, Lean production, 5S, 6Sigma, 8D, ISHIKAWA. In this way, it contributes to the transformation of the improvements we have achieved in our sustainable production transformation projects into permanent gains supported by the system.
Miray Peshinci
Counselor
He completed his undergraduate education in Industrial Engineering at Pamukkale University and International Trade and Logistics at Anadolu University. He gained experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kazien and quality management systems.
Miray, who shapes her professional business life in the field of data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence, carries out our work in the scope of simulating the production activities of our stakeholders in a digital environment, analyzing value streams and creating alternatives, managing ERP and MEs integration processes.
Gunay Akin
Counselor
He completed his undergraduate education at Süleyman Demirel University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. During his education, he specialized in the field of energy and started his career as a Project Engineer.
Deepening its expertise in the fields of Electricity and Automation, production and infrastructure, Günay provides consultancy to our stakeholders on Production and Infrastructure Technologies.
