Question.: Research on consumption reduction and recovery processes in high water consumption PV cell manufacturing processes such as TOPCon and HJT
Solution: The water vapor produced in the degassing processes can be condensed in the scrubber to produce pure water. Likewise, high purity baths prepared for cell production can be reused in the ingot and wafer production stages before being sent for purification.
Benefit: While it is aimed to meet %5 of the pure water requirement by using advanced scrubber technology, it is also envisaged that the total amount of wastewater can be reduced by approximately with the gradual utilization method. Project engineering studies are ongoing.

Question.: Can it be possible to increase the quality level and reduce costs when renewing equipment that has reached the end of its economic life?
Solution: The company analyzed its production processes and identified cost burdens on the final product. Batch production and walking union production was selected as a pilot project and following benchmark and R&D studies, equipment types and process methods were changed. A welding jointing process was developed instead of press fitting, enabling the use of low-cost materials. The new CNCs were supported by robot automation, a specially designed conveyor system and test equipment.
Benefit: Approximately of the unions in the company's product portfolio can now be produced on the new production line in a continuous production process. The gland production rate has increased by compared to the previous process and unit costs have been reduced by an average of . Thanks to the added test stations, all checks performed in the previous process flow are now 0 controlled and NOK products are automatically separated. In addition, by analyzing measurement deviations and machine parameter trends, machine learning studies continue for needs such as tip change timings, preliminary fault detection, etc.

Question.: The impact of pollution on energy production in SPPs and how to ensure the efficiency of cleaning practices?
Solution: Contamination on solar panels is an important factor affecting the amount of energy produced and the lifetime of the panels. However, the consumption of energy and labor as well as water makes it imperative to determine the optimal time and method for cleaning. In our ongoing project, we aim to solve this problem by measuring and quantifying the pollution on the solar panel and digitizing the cleaning management.

Question.: How to ensure alignment with the policies set by senior management at all levels of the organization? How can lasting awareness and transformation of work habits be achieved?
Solution: Micro projects were designed to be implemented quickly so that the commitment to transformation could be felt at all organizational levels. Each of these projects was realized by project volunteer company employees. Volunteer internal trainers were trained and the need for continuous training support for the projects was met.
